Well, the day finally arrived. Grace accompanied me on my first trip to the Tractor Supply Store. She took this picture before we went in and bought my Carhartt coat for the winter. What a great start to the day. After that, we went for a Pancake Breakfast in Kent and then up to the house.
We purchased some acres in South Kent, CT in June of 2006 and then decided about three years later to start the process to build our home on the land. We're still not sure where this is all going, but we'll push forward and see what happens.
Architect
One of our first decisions was to ask Wes Wyrick to design our home. We're just beginning the process, but we know we've made a great choice. He's patient, creative, has a great sense of humor and we love our neighbors home, which he designed.
